 Ms. Seow Lee Chong, (L C Seow) obtained her certificate to practice in January 2000 and is registered with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers & Estate Agents. Prior to establishing herself in the real estate sector, L C came from a corporate working environment, her last job was heading the human resources division as well as general management of the chief executive' office of Accenture (formerly Anderson Consulting).
Asian Land Realty was formed in January 2000 when L C obtained her license to practice after about 6 years of practical experience on he ground after leaving Accenture in 1994. During these practical on the ground experiences, she handled expatriate accounts, sales and rentals of residential and commercial properties, industrial properties and has built up a sold clientèle base, both buyers and sellers.
During the 6 years, she worked with Atlas Realty and in 1997 with another well established agency, Hartarmas Sdn Bhd. During these years, she also acquired project experience establishing strong working relationships with certain developers. In setting up Asian Land Realty (ALR), L C started with an agency force of six and now ALR has grown to 38 agents with another license holder, Anita Chin.
To-date L C has been in the real estate business for 14 years. The achievements and accounts of ALR are listed below and plans are now afoot to incorporate two more licensees (ALR's own agents who have graduated as license holders) to bring the staff force to 80.
